Congratulations to Skipper (Charles "Red" Sanders). I am so thankful that not only did you serve this city for 37 1/2 years, but that you were also kept safe during that service.
You are a brother I am proud of in every way and I can assure you that our mother and father would have been elated on your accomplishment. Have a great retirement.
